JULIA MALLORY
CEO, Learning & Development ExpertÂ
Julia Mallory is an accomplished instructor, executive coach, and author with over 20 years of experience in applying type and temperament principles to the workplace. With a B.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she has consulted for leading enterprise organizations such as Oracle, Gilead Sciences, Cisco, Rakuten, and Sony. Julia is certified to administer various training instruments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and excels in designing and facilitating workshops for personal development, management training, and team building.
Her engaging approach blends business acumen with behavioral science theory, delivering practical and immediately applicable results. From executive coaching to large-scale program rollouts, Julia's expertise spans leadership, management, and custom course development. Based in San Francisco, she is the proud mother of three Stanford alumni.
AUTUMN SMITH
Director of Training & Coaching;Â Professional Development Coach
Autumn is a soon to be IFS informed professional development coach and Certified Grief Educator with a BA in Psychology. With experience in L&D as a trainer, content creator, and co-facilitator she provides both individual and group coaching in addition to workshop co-facilitation. Her empathetic approach is rooted in the psychological principles of personality type, and draws on a vast array of L&D tools and frameworks designed to help you be a more effective manager and teammate.Â
Skilled in all things digital, Autumn also combines her knowledge of L&D course content with technology to co-host interactive and informative online workshops. She resides in Portland Maine with her husband and dog Walter.Â
