Grief and its accompanying emotions and physical effects are a fundamental part of our human experience. Statistically, many of us will spend upwards of 30% of that human experience at work. Most of us will encounter grief, loss, and or unwanted transition while we are working, whether as a direct result of our employment or simply due to the necessity of attending work while grieving a personal loss.
This comprehensive six week program is designed to help you understand the different types of grief one may experience in the workplace, explore personal stories of grief, transition, or loss from guest speakers, and gain practical tools for supporting yourself, your teams, or your colleagues through uncertain times.

JULIA MALLORY
Learning & Development Expert, Certified Grief Educator
"Our workshops and coaching sessions create a safe forum to ‘discuss the un-discussables’ of transition, loss, and change in the workplace.
Together we process these feelings so that you are able to practically address the current situation and identify healthy changes that will allow you to move forward into the next chapter of your life or career.
These gatherings provide much needed empowerment, education, and support within a work setting."

AUTUMN SMITH
Professional Development Coach, Certified Grief Educator
"Loss and feelings of grief are not usually topics people jump at the chance to discuss. They can be heavy and sometimes feel hopeless. What makes it bearable, is not going through it alone.
Julia and I created this program to provide those critical connections and teach tangible tools for finding the way forward.
Whether you yourself are experiencing a destabilizing period of unwanted change or you know someone who is, these 6 weeks will afford you the chance to explore those feelings in a supportive environment."
